All About Mark

I am a Principal Software Engineer at Jingle Networks. Before Jingle, I spent over 10 years at at Openwave Systems, Inc., the combination of Phone.com and Software.com, working on carrier-scale e-mail server software. Before joining Software.com I spent a number of years at Digital, before the merger with Compaq.

I've been working with computers and in the computer field long enough (nearly 20 years) to feel comfortable saying, "I've done it all." That is to say, I've used most everything that's been available to use in the last 15 or 20 years. I have a B.A. in Computer Science (with Highest Honors) from Clark University.

I grew up in Newton, Massachusetts.

In 1995, my soul mate, Shawn, found me. She and I got married in January 1997. Our first child, Hannah, was born in June 1998. Our second child, Sarah, was born in March 2001.
